Who Are We?

Karratha Anglican Community Church exists to help the people of the West Pilbara love Jesus and live for Him! We are an Anglican Church in the North West Diocese of Western Australia serving the towns of Dampier, Karratha, Roebourne, Wickham and Point Samson. ​ We Love the one God who we know as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. ​  We love the gospel.  Jesus came into this world to save sinners like us.  He took our place on the cross, bearing our sins upon his shoulders; winning forgiveness, and bringing all who trust him back into the loving arms of God. ​  We love the Bible.  It's is the word of God.  We want the scriptures to be open and heard in all areas of our church life including as we sing, preach, pray, lead our kids and care for each other. ​  We love our church members.  We're a mix of people from different ages stages and church backgrounds.  All are loved.  All are encouraged to keep growing in their love of Christ.  All are built up through the word of God. ​  We love our community.  We want to be a place where all are welcome to join with us.  We want to build strong relationships in our community to help people come to know Jesus.  We want to share the gospel with our community for the gospel alone, is the power of God for all who believe. ​  There's lots more to know.  We invite you to come along one Sunday and have a listen.  We assure you the bible will be opened, Christ will be preached and we will try our hardest to love and welcome whoever walks in our doors.
